From Galaxy Children’s Village
This request is on behalf of Galaxy Childrens Village a safe and nurturing home dedicated to providing love, care, and support to displaced, vulnerable children at the Children’s Home.Galaxy is situated in Mooilande AH in the heart of midvaal. Since 2012 they have been 100% committed and dedicated to ensuring that every child in their care has the opportunity to thrive in a secure and supportive environment.
One of the challenges that is currently faced is safe compliant transportation. Whether it’s taking children to medical appointments, school or extra mural activities, educational trips, or sporting events or even collecting food, reliable and safe transportation is essential to their daily operations and the overall well-being of the children. Unfortunately, the current vehicle is outdated and no longer dependable, and also costing large amounts to repair which also limits the ability to meet these important needs.
To address this, Galaxy have launched a campaign to purchase a new vehicle specifically tailored for the childrens homes needs. The new vehicle will provide safe, comfortable, and dependable transportation that will enable Galaxy to better support the children’s education, health, and social development.
They are seeking to raise R250 000 to cover the cost of purchasing this vehicle. Galaxy would be deeply grateful for your support, whether through a direct donation, sponsorship, or helping spread the word about this cause for crucial.
